Cities XXL is a simulation game that lets you design, build, and manage large cities. It comes with the 3D designs of over 1000 unique-looking buildings, including some of the world’s most famous landmarks.

Simply building structures is not enough - you need to properly manage the road traffic and public transportation networks (buses, railways) .
